2. About Listely

Listely creates comprehensive, interactive to-do lists for life's major milestones. Our carefully curated lists break down complex processes into manageable steps, helping you stay organised and confident during important transitions. Starting with preparing for your baby's arrival, we're expanding to cover other key life events like moving house and starting a business.

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must create an account and log in to access our interactive lists and features
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3.3 Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

  • Add personal notes and customisations to purchased lists
  • Participate in community discussions on list items
  • Save and track your progress through milestone lists
  • Access purchased content indefinitely, subject to our activity requirements

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access or interact with the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. User Content and Community Features

  • By posting community content, you grant Listely and other users a non-exclusive licence to view and use such content
  • You warrant that your community contributions are your own original work or that you have permission to share them

5.3 Community Content Moderation

  • We take a passive approach to moderating community content
  • We do not pre-screen user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
  • We rely on users to report inappropriate content
  • Community contributions reflect the views of individual users, not Listely

5.4 Prohibited Community Content

You must not post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal information of others without consent

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

"Listely" and related marks are trademarks of Listely UK Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Whilst our lists are carefully researched and compiled, please note that some advice may not be suitable for every individual situation. We provide sources and references to help with further research, but if you're unsure about any recommendations or have specific concerns, we encourage you to seek professional advice from qualified experts in the relevant field.

7.2 No Professional Advice

  • The Service provides general information and guidance only
  • Our content does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice

7.3 User-Generated Content

  • We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content in community sections

9.1 List Purchases

  • Individual lists are available as one-off purchases
  • Once purchased, lists do not expire and remain accessible indefinitely, subject to the conditions below
  • List purchases are non-transferable and linked to your account

9.2 List Access and Retention

  • Continued Access: To maintain access to purchased lists, you must log in to your account at least once every 12 months
  • Data Retention: Lists that have not been accessed for 24 months or more may be deleted from our servers
  • Access Reminders: We will make reasonable efforts to remind you before any potential deletion due to inactivity
  • No Recovery: Once deleted due to inactivity, lists cannot be recovered and would need to be repurchased

9.3 7-Day Cooling Off Period

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any list
  • To request a refund, contact us with your purchase details and reason for the refund request
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval
  • This cooling off period is in addition to your statutory consumer rights

9.4 Subscription Services

  • Some premium features may require a paid subscription
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice

9.5 Free Trial and Cancellation

  • Free trials may be offered for subscription services
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Listely.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any third party.
